• Product-return allowance was $18.7 million at June 30, 2026, while the company has historically recorded significant returns-related adjustments, including $149.2 million of additions in fiscal 2024.
• Foreign-exchange forward contracts produced a $4.0 million net loss in fiscal 2026, and designated zero-cost collars had $82.5 million of notional exposure and $1.8 million of unrealized losses at year-end.
