Koh Brothers Group Limited is a Singapore-based company, which engages in investment holding and provision of management services. The Company together with its subsidiaries is engaged providing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for infrastructure projects, real estate, building materials and providing EPC services for water and wastewater treatment including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation control and automation (MEICA), hydro-engineering, bio-refinery and renewable energy projects. The Company has three operating segments. The Construction and Building Materials segment undertakes construction activities. The Real Estate segment comprises real estate development and rental of properties. The Leisure & Hospitality segment comprises hotel and leisure operations. Its subsidiaries include Construction Consortium Pte Ltd, Koh Brothers Development Pte Ltd, Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited, Koh Brothers Holdings Pte Ltd, among others.
