Tiernan Gold Corp. is a Canada-based mining company focused on the exploration and development of gold minerals. The Company’s project, the Volcan Gold Project is a development-stage gold project located in the Atacama region of Chile and is approximately 700 kilometers (km) north of Santiago, the capital of Chile, 170 kilometers by road east city of Copiapo and approximately 40 kilometers west of the border with Argentina. The property is located in Region III of northern Chile in the Province of Copiapo and political subdivision of Comuna Tierra Amarilla. The Company’s Volcan Project comprising approximately 45,289 hectares (ha) and through its subsidiary Andina Minerals Chile SpA holds approximately 55,172 hectares.
