OpenFilings is filings-first market data for agents and applications: multi-market as-filed KPIs, narrative sections, supply-chain edges, earnings transcripts, and press — over REST, MCP, and a Python SDK.

- As-filed fundamentals — revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and peers under one vocabulary across US, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, China, EU ESEF, and more.
- Filings + IR documents — regulator history and investor-relations PDFs with section TOC where available.
- Agents first — the same routes as MCP (
api.openfilings.org/mcp) so Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT call live data without a custom scraper. - Push + pull — signed webhooks (Business) and a public Atom feed with KPIs inline.
