Regulator filings and IR-site documents, section text where parsed, and Business-plan raw file downloads (PDF, HTML, XBRL packages).

Notes
- IR rows use source=investor_relations — sections apply to regulator filings only.
- Raw /documents downloads are Business only. Not on MCP.
- Public Atom feed at /feed.xml needs no key for recent periodic filings.
