SIM LEISURE GROUP LTD ANNUAL REPORT 2025
Sustainability Highlight
Sim Leisure Group proactively manages ESG risks and opportunities through regular material review to
ensure alignment with shareholder interests. We are committed to resilient, responsible growth by
integrating ethical conduct, inclusive employment, and environmental leadership, including the promotion of
eco-literacy, across our global operations.
In FY2025, the Group commenced a phased adoption of IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures, with further
enhancements expected to be implemented progressively in subsequent reporting periods. IFRS S2 is an
international sustainability disclosure standard that focuses on climate-related risks and opportunities that
may affect a company’s financial performance and position. Early adoption reflects the Group’s commitment
to transparent and forward-looking climate-related reporting.
