JZR Gold Inc. is a Canada-based junior mining resource company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties. The Company holds interests in the province of British Columbia, Canada and the State of Amapa, Brazil. Its flagship property is the Vila Nova Gold Project, which is in the development stage. The Vila Nova Gold Project hosts approximately nine million tons of gold tailings. The Company owns the Spider Mineral Property which is located in the Province of British Columbia (B.C.). The Spider Mineral Property comprises certain Crown granted mineral claims and several land lots in fee simple within the township of Camborne, B.C. The Spider Mine in B.C. are gold and silver exploration targets.
