FEDERATED HERMES PREMIER MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND

Federated Hermes Premier Municipal Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income tax, including the alternative minimum tax. It normally invests substantially all (at least 90%) of its total assets in tax-exempt securities, and normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment-grade tax-exempt securities. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in tax-exempt securities of below investment-grade quality (but not lower than B, including modifiers, sub-categories or gradations). It maintains a dollar-weighted average stated portfolio maturity of ten to thirty years and a dollar-weighted average duration of thirteen years or less. Under normal circumstances, it invests its assets so that at least 80% of the income that it distributes will be exempt from federal regular income tax.
