Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust is a Singapore-based healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company’s principal activity is to invest in income-producing real estate and/or real estate-related assets in the Asia-Pacific region that are used for healthcare and/or healthcare-related purposes, including hospitals, healthcare facilities and real estate and/or real estate assets used in connection with healthcare research, education, and the manufacture or storage of drugs, medicine and other healthcare goods and devices. The Company's segments include Hospital Properties, Nursing Home and Care Facility Properties and Medical Centre Units. It owns a diversified portfolio of approximately 75 properties. Its properties include Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, Crea Adachi, Assisted Living Edogawa, Habitation Wakaba, Habitation Hakusho, and others.
