The Company holds concessions for public electricity service in the northern part of Metropolitan Lima, the Constitutional Province of El Callao, as well as others. Controlled by the China Southern Power Grid International, it additionally engages in activities of: Execution of civil and electromechanical works; Supply, purchase and sale of goods, its own and those of third parties, under any modality; Commercialization of its own services or those of third parties including, but not limited to, insurance, medical assistance, funeral assistance and, in general, any type of assistance; Provision of technical services, technical assistance services, advisory and consulting services in general; Provision of financial services.
