Sienna Senior Living Inc. is a seniors' living provider serving the continuum of independent living (IL), independent supportive living (ISL), assisted living (AL), memory care (MC) and long-term care (LTC) through the ownership and operation of seniors' living residences in the Provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. The Company owns and operates a total of approximately 90 seniors' living residences: 44 retirement residences (RRs) (including the Company's joint venture interest in 12 residences in Ontario and Saskatchewan, and 70% joint venture interest in one residence in Ontario); 34 long-term care residences; and 12 seniors' living residences providing both private-pay IL and AL and funded LTC (including the Company's joint ownership in one residence in British Columbia).
