Corsa Coal Corp. is a coal mining company. Its primary business is producing and selling metallurgical coal to domestic and international steel and coke producers in the Atlantic and Pacific basin markets. Its coal operations are conducted through its Northern Appalachia Division based in Somerset, Pennsylvania, United States. It operates Casselman mine, Acosta mine, Horning mine, Rhoads mine, and Schrock Run Extension mine. The Casselman mine is located in Garrett County, Maryland and the Acosta, Horning, Rhoads and Schrock Run Extension mines are located in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Its metallurgical coal sales are comprised of two types of sales: selling coal that it produces, and selling coal that it purchases from third-parties and may provide value added services (storing, washing, blending, loading) to make the coal saleable.
