Pyramid is principally involved in the manufacturing, distribution, research and development of specialty chemical products for the electroplating processes in the semiconductor industry. These products have wide applications in the semiconductor and electroplating industries and Pyramid’s propriety electroplating process serves many leading customers in the semiconductor, electronics and automotive sectors.
