China Risun Group Ltd is a company engaged in production, processing and trading of coke, coking chemicals and refined chemicals. The Company operates four segments. Coke and Coking Chemicals Manufacturing segment engages in the production, sale of coke and a series of coking chemicals from externally sourced coking coals processed at the Group. Refined Chemicals Manufacturing segment engages in the processing of coking chemicals into refined chemicals products, as well as marketing and sale of refined chemicals including hydrogen-energy products. Operation Management segment is involved in the operation management service provided to the third-party plants, the sale of coke, coking chemicals and refined chemicals produced by these plants under the management service agreements and commissioned processing contracts.
