Sing Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company and property development. The Company is engaged in the development of properties ranging from landed houses, condominiums to commercial and industrial buildings. The Company has two operating segments, namely Property development and Property investment. The Property development segment is engaged in the business of developing residential, commercial and industrial properties for sale. The Property investment segment owns and leases investment property. The Company has developed BizTech Centre at Aljunied Road, EastGate building along East Coast Road and Ocean Towers in Shanghai, People's Republic of China. Its ongoing project includes, North Gaia in Yishun, which is a Condominium development with approximately 616 apartment units. The Company owns an approximately 291-room, limited service hotel known as Travelodge Docklands in Melbourne and 24 strata units in BizTech Centre, a light industrial building.
