INCOME FINANCIAL TRUST

Income Financial Trust is a Canada-based investment trust. The Trust’s investment objective is to provide unitholders with a stable stream of monthly distributions by investing in a diversified portfolio consisting primarily of common shares issued by corporations whose shares are included in the S&P/TSX Capped Financials Index, the S&P 500 Financials Index or the S&P MidCap 400 Financials Index. The financial services companies in North America, in the banking, insurance, brokerage, investment management and/or specialty finance sectors, are held within its portfolio. It provides monthly distributions at an annual rate of 10%, based on the volume-weighted average market price (VWAP) of Income Financial’s units over the last three trading days of the previous month.
