(b) The Company requests that the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of a release of an announcement regarding the funding transaction, or the commencement of trading on Friday, 11 September 2026. (c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. (d) There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
