Highlights • Field Development Plan approved subsequent to quarter end, providing the primary regulatory authorisation for development of the KTJ Project and clearing the path toward Final Investment Decision. • Environmental Impact Statement and Field Development Plan submitted during the quarter, completing the principal regulatory submissions required for project development, with the EIS consultation process well advanced. • Manufacturing capacity and delivery windows secured for critical long-lead equipment, including subsea Christmas Trees and Wellheads. • Petrojarl I redeployment advanced, with FEED substantially completed and tenders received from qualified international shipyards for the FPSO modification and life-extension works. • Development funding substantially de-risked through completion of a $27 million placement and continued progress on the debt financing process led by Barrenjoey Debt Capital Markets. • 2027 drilling campaign preparations continued, including rig contracting activities and procurement of drilling long-lead items. • Cash at the end of the quarter was $32.4 million. The June 2026 quarter was another period of substantial progress for the KTJ Project, with Finder advancing the principal regulatory, engineering, procurement and financing workstreams required to reach Final Investment Decision. During the quarter, Finder submitted the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Field Development Plan (FDP), accelerated procurement of critical long-lead equipment, substantially completed FEED for the Petrojarl I redeployment and continued to advance project financing. Subsequent to quarter end, the ANP approved the FDP, representing a major development milestone and providing the primary regulatory authorisation for the KTJ Project. Timor-Leste – PSC 19-11 (Finder 66% and Operator) The KTJ Project is Finder’s flagship asset which is being advanced toward development through a structured and accelerated work program targeting FID in Q3 2026.
