The vesting of performance rights relates to the FY24 LTI grant to Mr Irving that was approved by shareholders at the 2023 AGM and which vested on 1 September 2026. The performance rights vested as to 100% of the rights granted. The shares awarded in respect of Mr Irving’s FY26 STI award are subject to a 2 year restriction period. Further details on the FY24 LTI vesting and FY26 STI award are set out in Computershare’s FY26 Remuneration report which was released to the ASX on 1 September 2026. The sale of shares is, in part, to satisfy withholding tax obligations arising from the LTI vesting as well as withholding tax on a vesting of shares in respect of Mr Irving’s FY24 STI award which also vested on 1 September 2026.
