ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE 9 SEPTEMBER 2026 Auric Mining Limited ACN 635 470 843 Level 1, 1 Tully Road, East Perth WA 6004 PO Box 1057, Joondalup DC WA 6919 [email protected] 08 9548 9997 auricmining.com.au ASX: AWJ Union Jack Project Strategic Acquisition and Resource Upgrade Highlights • Two binding agreements executed, one subject to due diligence, to purchase two leases, together the Union Jack Project. • Union Jack has an Inferred Mineral Resource estimate of 3.12Mt @ 1.02g/t Au for 102,000 ounces, presenting a compelling near term, open pit gold mining opportunity. • This acquisition substantially increases Auric’s current Mineral Resource inventory by 51%, to 7.5Mt @ 1.25g/t gold for 301,000 ounces. • The Project is located on granted mining and prospecting leases, 5km east of Coolgardie and only 15km from the Burbanks processing facility. • Union Jack has the potential to extend the Burbanks Mill feed and production capacity. • Initial consideration for both contracts totals A$6.6 million cash and A$3.0 million in shares payable on completion. • Importantly, gold mineralisation remains open and has strong growth potential, with drilling to commence upon completion. • Additional milestone payments contingent on resource growth up to 200,000 ounces. Conveniently, the Project is located just 15 kilometres from Burbanks, which we intend to re-establish as a strategic gold processing hub by early 2028. “Union Jack is a potential near-term, open pit mining project, that could be advanced as an additional source of feed for Burbanks.
