Vireo Growth Inc. to Acquire Certain Assets of The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc.

Vireo Growth, through its subsidiary, Vireo Health of Arcadia, announced a definitive purchase agreement to acquire certain assets from The Cannabist Co.
