Limited July 29, 2026

Speaker

Good evening, everyone. Thanks for joining the TAC Safe House Media Meet today.

We have our founder and CEO, TAC Security, and Aditya Narang, co-founder, Safe

House Technologies Limited to discuss about the acquisition of Safe House

Technologies and the business of proposed entity TAC Safe House Limited. Over to them.

Speaker

Hi, good Evening everyone. Thanks for joining the TAC Safe House Media Call today. I have Aditya on my side. First of all, we've been very excited to announce that TAC.

InfoSec proposed the acquisition of Safe House Technology. Aditya is a co-founder of the proposed company and he built the company back in 2016 with his co-founders based out of his right and tax security as everybody is aware of into vulnerability management and into B2B cybersecurity business. But today, as we live in the world of digital era, security is not only limited to business and not only limited to end users at the enterprise level, but also the need for every consumer who's utilizing internet services or on the technology platform. So today, India is 1.4 billion population. 70% of that population uses internet. And very few are aware of digital. risk and security about it, but everybody is being impacted here and there in the digital era. And we as cyber security's future, we are building cyber security's future at TAC

Security. It's as we said, it's not limited to enterprise business anymore or the government business or risk or safety of enterprise and government business, but also for end user as well. Because people in the country loses their money, hard earned money, within just a one click. And the lack of awareness, the lack of understanding of technology pushes them to this kind of situation. So that happens because there is no such technology was available to assess the risk of your personal assets available on the digital platform. So we are very excited to Bring Safe House on TAC under one platform, so when we say ESOF, it's not anymore enterprise security, it's everyone's security in one framework now. Safe House, as Aditya build with his co-founders from

Israel today has more than 1 million users for B2C or business to consumer security in the digital era. And that's where we proposed for this acquisition and enter into B2C as well from now. Also, the idea here is to not only the B2C consumer, but idea is to protect the entire digital era that we are sitting on. We started the company with a purpose to reach to the end users so they can build their digital assets. securely and that was the idea for TAC Security and that's what this acquisition is playing a big role for us. As I said, cyber crime has moved from enterprises to individuals. Consumers are now facing phishing, identity theft, online frauds and... account takeover, which is directly privacy risk, and moreover in the AI era. TAC Safe

House will combine consumer cybersecurity, digital protection, and cyber risk intelligence into one platform. TAC has built trust in enterprise security, but also now as we are entering into the consumer. We want to be trusted by the million of people across the globe, not just limited to India. And also, it's not just entering into the B2C for the cyber consumer, but we would be proposing mandate. cyber insurance with our solution way forward now, which is huge potential for a company like us because cyber insurance is something where it's going to be the hot demand in the future. And it would be like health insurance as everybody requires health insurance, people would require cyber insurance. So therefore, safe house has expertise and that's where it's a right candidate for TAC InfoSec to enter into this space.

And for this, I have, as I said, Aditya to talk about this more. I would request Aditya to brief the shareholders and the media about next future plans about TAC safe house.

Absolutely. Thank you, Trishneet, for the introduction and good evening, everybody.

So, the state of cyber affairs in India today, we look at the consumer segment, is that you've got, as Trishneet said, about 70% of the country online. That's, you know, roughly 1 1/2 billion consumers who are all engaging without any protection mechanisms, sufficient protection mechanisms in place. One of the largest pain points in the industry today is having a solution that not only brings you security and privacy, but also ensures that your financial assets remain safe. And this is where, as Trishneet mentioned, the opportunity for creating an embedded cyber insurance solution really, you know, sets the stage for the industry, I think, for years to come.

As we look at. The consumer landscape today, this has really been Safe House's expertise over the last 10 years. You know, having so millions of customers, we've learned one thing. one key learning, which is that the solution needs to be simple.

It absolutely has to be mobile first. And It must take care of everything. Now, it's easier said in the consumer side than the enterprise, but I think that's where this you know, partnership really starts to bear a lot more fruit. When you look at cyber fraud today, the case is UPI. You've got scams going up by thousands to 10s of thousands of crores year on year. We only see this trend increasing. And with AI coming into the picture, I think that these kind of attacks are going to get more dynamic in nature.

A lot more customers who are unsuspecting of these kind of attacks will be left completely on their own to deal with it. This is really where we step in with the proposed acquisition, you know, creation of TAC safe house. And you know, when you look at the market today, there's a clear gap, at least in India. I mean, I would say globally too, but definitely in India, where... As a consumer, you're not sure exactly where to start, to start protecting yourselves. There aren't enough solutions out there which are providing. the right level of protection. across everything. It's not just about keeping your data private. It's also about ensuring that. your financial assets are also covered and this is proven to be the largest. Exploitable, uh, you know, segment for for cyber criminals. I think that influencing the The behavior of Indian consumers to be more security first and cyber first will only boost our cyber readiness as a country and also keep us safe from attackers which are coming from other countries.

No. When we look at multiple problem statements, it's easy to summarize and classify it into one which is that we've got a...possibly the youngest digital audience in the world, still growing. without a clear single solution that keeps them safe and protected online. And this is where Tax Safe House comes in. With one platform, we're able to provide security, privacy, and embedded insurance. taking care of and addressing each of these risks individually. Over and above this our focus on being customer first, on attending to privacy, security, phishing, taking care of those aspects which today a lot of us fall prey to. We've got also the largest number of internet users that has come online for the first time on smartphones. They haven't gone from the traditional computer and antivirus and then to mobile. And so... These are the most vulnerable targets. And this is where our solution comes in as protecting the most vulnerable first.

Over the last...Ten years, we've learned a lot about how the Indian consumer engages with security, engages with privacy and insurance for that matter as well.

I think by combining this with tax expertise and delivering best-in-class cyber solutions to the enterprise sector, having a global trust, working with good governance principles and at scale Makes for a very compelling story, and more than that, a very promising security future for our country. Our goal is to essentially democratize.

Cyber protection. It should be easy for everybody to access. It should be easy to understand And People must be able to use this every single day. But more importantly, it should be working in the background. It should be there for the moments where We may make mistakes, we may click on the wrong links. It's human nature, it happens to the best of us But with an embedded insurance, for example. at least the extent to which the damages could take place is limited and the user is protected. This combination of protection, awareness, risk intelligence, and insurance.

All merges into one single customer journey. This ensures that any user who's coming on board to our platform will not only get the best of security and privacy that exists in the market today, but also the most competitive cyber insurance, the most competitive premium And that's given the experience of course that we bring from the insurance side, but also that speaks for the technological advocacy of TAC and what they've built over the last decade or so. India is one of the world's largest digital markets. We've got, like I said, hundreds of millions of internet users.

It's this opportunity that we're looking at that. Whether it's cyber insurance for an individual, for a family. Getting in at this early stage, I think is category defining for TAC safe house. It really sets us up to Lead and grow this market.

There's a clear vacuum when it comes to cyber insurance and we think we can definitely plug that. Let's look at health insurance, for example, the same journey that health insurance took to become mainstream. Our bet is that cyber insurance will become... as necessary a layer of protection as health insurance. I mean, one could look at it and say it's your digital health insurance because it is in the cyber world and it's very important to keep your bases covered always. We seek to partner with insurance companies, brokers, reinsurers, banks, fintechs, telecoms, and digital platforms to distribute our all-in-one cyber protection at scale. At Safe House, we've had experience in dealing and distributing with most of these companies. We certainly hope to reestablish and build new relationships. To foster this growth. And while this problem statement starts with India right now. The need is global. Fortunately, our reach is global. And so Hopefully, this is this sets the stage as One of the largest, but the first market that we conquer while approaching a global strategy of adding this value across the world. I want to speak a little bit on...The...I won't use the word marriage, but the partnership between TAC and Safe House and why this strategic fit is so important. You see, until now. Firstly, from an Indian standpoint, I don't think we've seen a powerhouse of enterprise and consumer come together. I think that, in itself... gives TAC exposure to the customer side of the business, the consumer side, which is

Rapidly growing And, at the same time allows us to cater, tailor, and use learnings from the enterprise side and add value to both segments. Up So this lets us, as Safe House, move from just a standalone consumer app to a broader cyber protection and insurance platform one which is working actively through the lines of Best-in-class threat intelligence different levels of protection that take place across the enterprise ecosystem and seeing at which stage we can continuously add value along this journey

Our first priority, our first priority is Developing the final product which combines safety, privacy, and insurance. While we have moving parts of this in place. putting it all together, one technology, one IP, and a business integration.

This is definitely going to be the first focus. Once we complete this.

Transaction And When we're looking at cyber insurance specifically.

It's not just limited at the consumer level, it also extends definitely to the enterprise level. And we bring with us learnings of not just distribution, but always putting the customer first. If the customer in this case is an enterprise,

We will ensure that they've got the most competitive premiums.

The most comprehensive policies and the best thread remediation practices.

For delivery Our ultimate goal is to build TAC Safe House as a trusted brand.

The digital protection starting with India and scaling to global markets. I think this sets us off with the right footing in the right market and at the right time. To get things moving, Yeah. Thank you. Thank you, Aditya, for addressing the concerns about the consumers here in India and your past experience with Safe House. Yes. Building an amazing company, which never happened before. A business like Safe House or TAC

Security never existed before. These are the examples which in the 21st century that we are seeing it, right? And the companies, you know, for the entire world has been built from here, the country like India. That's a proud moment for us. You know, you build an amazing company with your co-founders, an Indian Israel company for the entire world. That's an amazing thing. I would like to address a couple of points related to cyber crime. The move of this as a safe house acquisition. at a time when cyber crime has become one of the largest economic threat globally.

The FBI's 2024 report says that internet crime report recorded 8,59,532 complaints. I wish to address one more important point here. It's not only about this. In today's digital era, in the internet world of especially a country like us in India, only 2% cyber crimes have been reported. Out of 100 cases, only two has been reported. And of those two, only 2% has been resolved so far.

It's the official reports of the various studies, right? And this market globally of cyber crime is approximately for $60 billion, which has been significantly grown from $12 billion to 16 today, increases 33%. from the prior year. So Cyber Security Venture has estimated the global cyber can cost 10.5 trillion annually in 2025. So this has been making a huge challenge for citizens, especially like us here in India.

Approximately 65 lakh complaint has been reported last year in India for cyber crime.

And for them, 55,659 crore is the losses over five years based on the home history report. And that data reflects the need of such kind of solution in a country like us here in India. So, we've been already, you know, successful in the enterprise level. Today, we are entering into B2C with the Safe House acquisition, so that's one way of looking at it. Second way, which Aditya very well addressed about...the global market for us.

Today we have more than 10,000 customer base over ESOF platform. And that helped us in the future to scale with the cyber insurance. So as a part of ESOF, cyber's quantification is already inbuilt solution mentioned in that.

And therefore, this solution, CRQ, with, you know, distribution of insurance, cyber insurance, can scale our solution to our existing customer base from different 100 countries, from startup to enterprise like Microsoft and Google or recent anthropic such kind of AI companies. As AI is growing, the crime, cyber crime, the threat would also increase in the future. So therefore, the cyber insurance is one of the another layer over all entire cyber security layer. So we have become the first kind of in kind company which would have B2C, B2B. and cyber insurance on top of it in the future. So that gives us very good leverage and also, you know, make us feel blessed and proud to fulfill our promise towards 2030 Bold Vision to create multiple brands out of TAC

Security. So this TAC safe house, I believe, would be one of the big brands which would come out in the next four years from now, which would be part of our 2030 bold vision.

And this acquisition is not just, again, I'm repeating, not for B2C, not about cyber and insurance, but it's defining. our purpose of building cybersecurity's future. Our purpose of TAC Security is to help as many as large number of customer base, and also not now only the large number of enterprises, the government customer base or startups, but also the human life. who are using the technology, digital era, AI, all of them can remain safe within the ecosystem. That's what exactly our purpose is. And this defines that we are building and we are on right path of building cybersecurity's future. So this acquisition, I believe, would be not only a strategic move for us, but also would make us a trusted brand, one of most trusted brand in the cybersecurity world globally. And that's what we are moving towards it. So thank you everyone for joining today and supporting us in the purpose of building cybersecurity's future and trust for the entire world from India. Thank you. Thank you.
