Principal activities The principal activities of the Group during the year were the manufacture and distribution of premium quality, high performance animal nutrition solutions and the distribution of Fertiliser products which commenced on 1 October 2025 following the acquisition of Incitec Pivot Fertilisers. 3. Results Highlights of the Ridley Corporation Limited consolidated group FY26 results: • Statutory profit after tax was $27.6m, representing a $15.7m, or 36.4% decrease when compared to the prior corresponding period (pcp). • Stat
