A total of $4.0 million by way of a placement at $1.00, representing a 9.9% premium to the last closing price on 7 September 2026 and through the issue of 4.0 million shares in accordance with the Company’s existing placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and approximately $1.6 million through the exercise of approximately 1.8 million OSLOE listed options at $0.90. Allotment and issue of the placement shares and shares resulting from the exercise of the options is expected to occur on 10 September 2026, with normal trading expected to commence on 11 September 2026.
