Highlights • Meteoric has advanced all key technical, engineering and commercial workstreams to their final stages, with delivery of the Caldeira Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) in the near term. • Detailed resource infill drilling at the Southern Licences (Capão do Mel, Figueira, and Soberbo) has culminated in a higher confidence, updated Caldeira Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE): • The Global MRE now totals 1.6Bt @ 2,317 ppm TREO with Measured Resources increasing by 246% to 128Mt @ 2,815 ppm TREO • Conversion of Indicated to Measured Resources resulting in increase from 11Mt to 102Mt across three (3) deposits at Capão do Mel, Figueira, and Soberbo incorporated into the DFS • Updated Ore Reserves declared, providing higher confidence in the delivery of critical rare earth materials at 6Mtpa production rate • 100 Mt of ore at an average grade >4,000 ppm TREO supporting more than 20 years mine life • Ore Reserve of 146 Mt has an average grade 3,546 ppm TREO and 863 ppm MREO containing: o 517,000 tonnes TREO; o 126,000 tonnes of MREO. • Caldeira Pilot Plant has continued to deliver robust recoveries and consistent Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate (MREC) production at or above nameplate capacity: • Optimisation of the plant achieved outstanding MREO recoveries of 80% during May 2026 • Magnet rare earth oxide (MREO) recoveries averaging 71% in MREC • TREO recoveries averaging 61%, materially exceeding Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) estimates • More than 200 kilograms of MREC produced to date, and provided to existing and potential offtake partners for product qualification and for use in technical studies pertaining to downstream development and oxide separation • Executed tenement consolidation agreement securing ownership of the primary mining areas required for Caldeira's initial production, further strengthening project control and development readiness. • Successfully raised $40 million (before costs) through a Placement strongly supported by h
