On September 4, 2026, the Board of Directors of Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2026. The third quarter 2026 dividend represents an annualized dividend of $1.28 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on October 14, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2026.
