H1 FY26 Highlights • Gross revenue of $2,100.9 million, up 14.2% versus the prior corresponding period (pcp), driven by technology refresh cycles, AI infrastructure investment and sustained demand across software. • Gross profit of $205.6 million, up 23.0% versus pcp, with gross profit margin improving to 9.8%. • EBITDA of $103.5 million, up 37.3% versus pcp. • Net operating profit before tax of $86.4 million, up 50.1% versus pcp, with PBT margin increasing to 4.1%. • Net profit after tax of $60.7 million, up 54.1% versus pcp. • Recurring gross software sales of $600.0 million, up 20.7% versus pcp. • FY26 Guidance: o Gross revenue: between $4.3 - $4.4 billion (up ~11% - 14%) o PBT: between $162 - $165 million, reflecting PBT margin ~ 3.8% • Investor webinar to be held at 11:00am AEST today, 28 August 2026 (click here to register) Commenting on the result, Executive Chair and Managing Director, Fiona Brown said "The Company delivered a strong first half result, with gross revenue surpassing $2.1 billion.
