Market Risk

Credit risk The Group principally manages credit risk through management of customer credit limits. The credit limits are set for each customer based on the creditworthiness of the customer, using credit rating agencies as a guide, and the anticipated levels of business activity. These limits are initially determined when the customer account is first set up and are regularly monitored thereafter. There are no significant concentrations of credit risk within the Group. The Group’s major customer, disclosed in note 4 to the Consolidated Financial Statements, is a hyperscale North American technology company which typically settles outstanding amounts on shorter-than-average payment terms.
