Quarterly Activities and Cashflow Report - June 2026
June 2026 Quarterly Activities Report Highlights Nabarlek Uranium Project (100%) – North-Western McArthur Basin • The Company published its district-scale uranium targeted exploration strategy (29 April 2026), establishing a large, target-rich pipeline of discovery opportunities across the expanded Nabarlek Project, underpinned by newly consolidated geophysical, geological and drilling datasets. • Four priority targets have been confirmed as drill-ready for the 2026 campaign: Big Radon, KP, Sandfire and Nabarlek North, each exhibiting favourable structural complexity coinciding with kilometre-scale geochemical/geophysical anomalies, refined through recently completed ground gravity surveys. • New high-grade rock-chip assays of up to 0.31% U₃O₈ returned from a fault breccia at Orion East Prospect, north-east of the Caramal Uranium Deposit, reinforcing this emerging district- scale opportunity along uranium-bearing fault corridors. These results build on historical assays of up to 2.1% U₃O₈ from nearby sampling by Alligator Energy Limited (ASX: AGE). • Completed the acquisition of AGE's uranium tenement package in the Alligator Rivers Uranium Province (ARUP). DevEx now holds the largest land position in the ARUP; approximately 9,200km² of contiguous uranium tenure surrounding the historical Nabarlek Uranium Mine. • Awarded $150,000 in Northern Territory (NT) Government grant funding to support a 1,700km² airborne hyperspectral survey across the expanded Nabarlek Project, bringing combined support under the NT Government's 'Resourcing the Territory' program to $285,000 for this field season. • Post-quarter end, the 2026 Nabarlek drilling campaign commenced, comprising approximately 15,000m of RC and diamond drilling across 66 holes, targeting Big Radon, KP, Sandfire and Nabarlek North. Murphy West Uranium Project (Earning-in) – Southern McArthur Basin • Geological mapping and heritage surveys continued during the quarter to refine the Company's priority uranium targets. • Drill permit applications have been lodged with the Northern Territory Regulator. Corporate • DevEx was included as a constituent of the Sprott Junior Uranium Miners ETF (NASDAQ: URNJ), managed by Sprott Asset Management (effective 18 June 2026). • With a cash balance of $27.2 million at the end of the quarter, the Company remains well funded for it
