Bravura Solutions Limited Appendix 3Y – Late Lodgement Notice Bravura Solutions Limited (ASX: BVS) ("Bravura" or the "Company") advises that the attached Appendix 3Y (Change of Director's Interest Notice) for Colin Greenhill is being lodged outside the timeframe required by ASX Listing Rule 3.19A. The Appendix 3Y relates to the transfer of currently issued fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) to Mr Greenhill following the allocation of Shares from the Employee Share Trust satisfying his entitlement under the Company's FY26 Incentive Plan on 20 August 2026, as set out in the FY26 Audited Accounts. The late lodgement arose due to an administrative oversight. Upon identification of the oversight, the Company immediately prepared and lodged the Appendix 3Y with ASX. The Company and the Director are aware of their obligations under ASX Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.
